Gracious Yoga is the traditional vinyasa yoga class that incorporates breath, movement, uplifting music and a positive intention.

Power Flow is a heat-building approach to Vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous flow. Be prepared to move, sweat, stretch deeply and breathe into a powerful physical challenge. At the same time, this practice will open you up to feeling gratitude, peace and joy. In a power yoga class, students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. This class integrates more advanced postures however beginners are always welcome to modify!


Gracious SLOW FLOW


Slow Flow is an introspective slow vinyasa practice linking breath with motion. Deep breathing during a slow and mindful warm-up will prepare the body and the mind for longer holding postures that cover the entire body. This class focuses on using the breath to support the body through a series of postures that strengthen all of the major muscle groups with greater awareness of postural fundamentals and more focus on mind-body integration. This yoga class is soft and smooth but always challenging. Open to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.



Soft and slow exploration of postures and breath. This class focuses on the connective tissues of the body through postures that are held in stillness and mindful awareness for several minutes at a time. A perfect complement to more high energy forms of exercise (such as flow yoga, running, skiing or biking), Restorative addresses tightness and toxin buildup in the joints and connective tissue through poses that are equally challenging for the mind and body. The result is not only more lubricated and flexible joints, but also a greater sense of balance, peace, and calm. Props make the practice accessible to people of all abilities. This is an all levels class, appropriate for beginners and those new to yoga.
