Gracious Weights

This class focuses on strength training in a fun environment. All levels of fitness are welcome. We use light weights at high reps and high intensity to work those hard to reach muscle groups!

No sneakers needed, but feel free to bring a yoga mat to use for class.

Gracious Full Body Boost 

Gracious Full Body Boost (GFBB) is a full-body interval workout using your own body weight to build endurance, increase mobility, and strengthen your body. GFBB will enhance your personal yoga practice by not only strengthening your large muscle groups, but your ligaments and tendons as well. All levels welcome!
 
Sneakers should be worn during this class so plan accordingly!
